Further to ATel #1694, additional transients found in the PQ data by the SNF pipeline, not associated with known radio sources, but possibly previously unidentified blazars, judging by their strong variability and blue colors, include:

Spectra of SNF20080822-001 (2038+0600), and SNF20080826-001 (2226+0814) have been obtained at the Palomar 200-inch telescope using the Double Beam Spectrograph on 31 August 2008 UT, in variable conditions. The spectrum of SNF20080826-001 shows a blue continuum; we tentatively classify it as a previously unknown blazar. The spectrum of SNF20080822-001 shows strong Balmer emission lines (H alpha through delta) at ~ zero redshift (heliocentric velocity ~ -120 km/s), implying a Galactic origin; no other emission lines are detected at a significant level in our data. The Balmer lines have the estimated intrinsic velocity width FWHM ~ 1400 km/s). Indeed, Kato ( VSNET-alert 10487 ), mentions SNF20080822-001 independently stating OT_J203838.7+060008 = N080827A and that ASAS-3 may have recorded it in outburst early in August and it is probably a dwarf nova.
