In ATEL#2718, the coordinates of PTF10mwb were inadvertently omitted. PTF10mwb is located at RA=17:17:49.97, DEC=+40:52:52.1 (J2000), near the center of an anonymous disk galaxy. Note also, the date of discovery of PTF10mwb is June 29 (UT). Since the photometry indicates the SN may have been discovered two weeks prior to maximum light, that would place maximum light around July 13, though this is highly uncertain.
