Error Handling and InterruptsIf an error occurs during interactive processing a message is written to the users terminal and the prompt qcl> is issued to solicit another command. However if an error occurs during a non-interactive session a message is produced at the users terminal and QCL will exit back to the shell. <ctrl> c (and <ctrl> y) can be used to interrupt QCL in either interactive or non-interactive mode. If you interrupt while a shell command procedure is running then a second <ctrl> c might be required to get back to the QCL prompt depending on the interrupt handling within that system procedure.
