Ginga Specific Software: Program COMMENT

Program comment adds a comment to the history of a file.

A Ginga CUBE, TIME series or spectral file (PHAD).

Comment requires two input parameters. The QX parameter system is used to read these parameters.

COM_FILE	The name of the file containing the history to be updated.

COM_TEXT	The comment to be added to the history.
