PIMMS Version 2.4/2.4b Release Notes

New and updated features in PIMMS v2.4 are:

Updated calibrations of the XTE instruments for AO-3 proposals.
New ASCA SIS telemetry limit calculations based on the latest hot/flickering pixel rates.
PIMMS now supported on Linux PCs with g77, on a beta-test basis.
Model normalization can be used as input rate.

PIMMS v2.4b contains a bug-fix for long path/file names, as well as updated calibration files for the SAX mission.
