Identification of the source
- Col. 1: SRCINDEX (J)
A consecutive number which identifies each entry in the
catalogue.
Col. 2: UNIQUE_SRCNUM (J)
A unique number assigned to a group of catalogue entries which
are assumed to be the same source. To identify members of the
same group the distance in arcseconds between each pair of
sources was compared with four times the combined error of the
statistical error, Col. 37, and systematical error,
Col. 38, of the two
sources (see Sec. 4.4.1 for a more
detailed description).
Col. 3: XMMSRCNAME
(21A)
The IAU name for this entry (see Sec. 4.4.1).
Col. 4: SUM_SRC_NUM (J) SAS task srcmatch
The source number in the summary source list for this
observation (see the products
P<obsid>EPX000OBSMLI0000.FIT with <obsid> from Col.
8). This list was merged from
the source lists for each exposure (see Cols 5-7)
where sources with coinciding positions are identified as being
the same (cf. Sec. 2.2.4).
Col. 5: PN_ML_ID_SRC (J) SAS task emldetect
Source number in the PN source list for this exposure (see the
products P<obs-id>M1<exp-id>EMSRLI0000.FIT with
<obs-id> from Col. 8
and <exp-id> from Col. 18; cf. Col. 30).
Col. 6: M1_ML_ID_SRC (J) SAS task emldetect
Source number in the M1 source list for this exposure (see the
products P<obs-id>M1<exp-id>EMSRLI0000.FIT with
<obs-id> from Col. 8
and <exp-id> from Col. 19; cf. Col. 31).
Col. 7: M2_ML_ID_SRC (J) SAS task emldetect
Source number in the M2 source list for this exposure (see the
products P<obs-id>M1<exp-id>EMSRLI0000.FIT with
<obs-id> from Col. 8
and <exp-id> from Col. 20; cf.Col. 32).
